Completion of sale of ADS Serenade

ADS Crude Carriers Plc (“ADSCC” or the “Company”) has today delivered the vessel ADS Serenade to her new owners following the sale which was previously announced on 13 October. Subsequently, the Company’s debt is reduced by USD 9.9 million.

Sale of ADS Page

ADS Crude Carriers Plc (the “Company”) has entered into a memorandum of agreement to sell the vessel ADS Page for a price of USD 25.5 million. The vessel is expected to be delivered to the new owners during November.

Mandatory notification of trade

ADS Shipping Ltd, a company controlled by Mr. Bjørn Tore Larsen, Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of ADS Crude Carriers Plc (the “Company”), has today acquired 100,000 shares in the Company at an average purchase price of NOK 18.79 per share. Following the acquisition, ADS Shipping Ltd and affiliated companies own 2,574,934 shares in the Company.

Sale of ADS Serenade

ADS Crude Carriers Plc has entered into a memorandum of agreement to sell the vessel ADS Serenade for a price of USD 25.5 million. The vessel is expected to be delivered to the new owners before the end of October.

Completion of sale of ADS Stratus

ADS Crude Carriers Plc (“ADSCC” or the “Company”) has today delivered the vessel ADS Stratus to her new owners following the sale which was previously announced on 9 September. Subsequently, the Company’s debt will be reduced by USD 9.9 million and as a result there will be no further amortization on the remaining vessel loans until maturity.

Sale of ADS Stratus

ADS Crude Carriers Plc (“ADS” or the “Company”) has entered into a memorandum of agreement to sell the vessel ADS Stratus for a price of USD 25.5 million. The vessel will be delivered to the new owners on or around 17 September 2020 following completion of her current spot charter.

ADS appoints Marius Halvorsen as Chief Commercial Officer

Marius Halvorsen has joined Arendals Dampskibsselskab AS (“ADS”) as Chief Commercial Officer. ADS is the manager of ADS Crude Carriers Plc, and in addition has investments in shuttle tankers and dry bulk carriers. Prior to joining ADS Marius worked as CEO of Fearnley Securities in Oslo, previous to which he spent 15 years working in New York, predominantly in top management positions in finance and investment banking.
