The Board of Directors of ADS Crude Carriers Plc (“ADS” or the “Company”) has approved the 2019 audited Annual Report. There were no changes to the consolidated annual financial statements compared to those presented in the Company’s unaudited fourth quarter and preliminary full year 2019 interim report published on 27 February 2020.
ADS Shipping Ltd, a company controlled by Mr. Bjørn Tore Larsen, Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of ADS Crude Carriers Plc (the “Company”), has on 6 March 2020 acquired 50,000 shares in the Company at an average purchase price of NOK 18.68 per share. Following the acquisition, ADS Shipping Ltd and affiliated companies own 2,474,934 shares in the Company.
Today is the last day of trading for which shares in ADS Crude Carriers Plc include the right to receive the forthcoming dividend in relation to Q4 2019 earnings, previously announced on 27 February 2020. The shares will be traded ex-dividend of the NOK equivalent of USD 0.09 per share (NOK 0.79 per share) as from tomorrow.
